Because on Saturday July 9th, 2005 we all are gonna be family. 7years ago when Archie and Joe held the first Soul Fest their were 500-600 people in attendance , in 2002 we had 8,239 guests. This is not another festival where you will just sit around all day and listen to music in the shade (unless this is what you wish to do) at the soul fest in Benton Harbor, MI at Gene Klock Park. We are located on the lovely beach of Lake Michigan, Perfect for a afternoon swim while you listen to some of your favorite tunes being played on stage within view. When your done, you may want to try some of our famous Bar-B-Que or go back to your tent (if you decide to bring one) and slap a slab on the grill yourself. And don’t forget about the shopping. We have many vendors that come out for this special event. You can buy clothes, Soul Fest shirts, even African style area rugs. The level of enjoyment and unity is like no other event.
